Requirements

Must have:

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
  • Hands-on experience in statistical modeling and advanced analytics, including regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference.
  • Excellent exploratory data analysis skills with a keen understanding of business drivers.
  • Experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
  • A problem-solving attitude characterized by curiosity, creativity, and a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret intricate datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business results.
  • Transform analytical findings into clear, engaging narratives for stakeholders at various levels, including executives and business leaders.
  • Develop and present various solution options, highlighting key tradeoffs, risks, and anticipated impacts.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify anomalies and underlying causes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Assist in standardizing data processes and promoting analytical best practices across the organization.
