Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Masters program (MBA or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical capabilities alongside problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated project management proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access at a working level.
- Ability to thrive in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
- Familiarity with SQL or SAS is highly preferred.
- MS or MPH students or graduates in Biostatistics or Statistics are desirable.
- Experience in survival and longitudinal data analysis is advantageous.
- Practical experience with electronic medical records, Python, R, and Databricks is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level analytical support for various projects or departments, applying expertise in marketing, information management, finance, economics, or statistics.
- Participate actively in all project phases and take on at least one project, yielding measurable outcomes as part of a team.
- Organize and schedule project tasks, oversee information collection activities, and establish timelines for task completion as assigned.
- Design tools to identify and document best practices within the department.
- Prepare a variety of reports utilizing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and employ database software to create data extracts and management reports.
- Create graphical representations of data as needed using Excel or PowerPoint.
- Play a role in formulating management analyses, providing insights, and supporting the preparation of formal presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist in developing project plans to guarantee timely outputs and successful project completion, demonstrating understanding of business intersections.
- Aid in the creation and development of training materials as necessary.
