- Understanding how supply, demand, match quality, and reimbursement interact is central to how we run the business
- We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives in this high-growth environment and excels at transforming data into actionable insights and operational improvements
- In this role, you’ll be the analytical partner to our Operations team
- You’ll help close critical gaps in how we understand performance and efficiency across the patient journey and advocate workflows
- You’ll build the systems that help us ask better questions and bring insights before anyone asks
- Your work will directly shape how we scale, optimize our workflows, and allocate resources across the company
- Drive Operational Excellence: Find bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the patient journey (intake, match, active care) and in advocate workflows. Don’t wait for the ticket queue: surface the problems worth solving and turn complex data into operational improvements that move the business forward
- Model Capacity & Throughput: Analyze advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply/demand balance so Operations can staff ahead of growth instead of behind it
- Build Scalable Analytics: Design, build, and maintain dashboards in Hex that automate manual reporting and give Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance self-serve access to the metrics that matter most
- Curate the Data Layer: Partner with engineering to keep data models clean and reliable, and help refine our SQL and dbt transformations so our infrastructure keeps up with our growth
- Synthesize & Communicate: Turn technical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences. Explain why trends are happening and what leadership should do about them
- Wrangle Complex Data: Work with structured and semi-structured data, including nested JSON and healthcare operational data, to pull signal out of the noise
