Data Analyst - SQL, Excel

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree or four or more years of relevant work experience - At least six years of experience in data engineering, system integration, and Voice of the Customer (VOC) program implementation - Proficient in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets - Hands-on experience with system integrations, data engineering, and data migration - Solid understanding of data architecture across multiple systems - Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding business objectives - High level of accountability and ownership - Capability to build strong relationships with business partners and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:

- Design, construct, and implement VOC data flow, validation, and system integrations in partnership with GTS, AI&D, vendors, and business teams - Drive agile project management, including creating user stories in Jira, facilitating grooming sessions, and ensuring effective sprint execution - Leverage proficiency with VOC platforms like Qualtrics and Medallia to design, analyze, and enhance VOC programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy technology solutions that elevate customer insights and enhance overall experience - Ensure the smooth integration of VOC systems within enterprise data architecture to facilitate data-driven decision-making - Manage processes for data ingestion, ensuring seamless integration across various systems - Lead the development of system integrations, APIs, and real-time payload creation to optimize VOC programs
