Requirements
Must have:
- Proficient in data analysis to extract and interpret relevant information - Experience providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership - Familiarity with consumer lending production metrics and trends - Ability to conduct moderate complexity statistical analysis of financial data - Strong collaboration skills with senior leadership of various departments - Knowledge of automation processes and ETL methodologies - Skills in developing and modifying reporting methods and procedures - Proficiency in utilizing software applications for data manipulation and reporting - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively - Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential - Capacity to remain seated for extended periods and operate office machinery - Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data to derive significant insights and trends - Provide actionable recommendations to Executive Leadership, including modifications to products and promotions - Conduct moderately complex statistical analyses related to financial systems and outreach initiatives - Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to develop automation analyses and databases - Implement automation processes and troubleshoot errors as they arise - Establish and refine reporting methods to enhance content and completeness for business units - Create reports for forecasting, trend analysis, and performance review - Use various software tools to assemble, manipulate, and format data for reports - Engage in diverse projects as required - Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in the workplace - Undertake additional duties as needed
