Requirements
Must have:

- We require 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Responsibilities:
- We develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau and Power BI.
- We extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL and enterprise data sources.
- We convert complex datasets into clear, business-ready insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- We partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to surface trends, risks, and opportunities.
- We maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across our reporting outputs.
- We support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI monitoring.
- We identify ways to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility.
- We take on additional duties as needed to support our analytics and reporting needs.
