Must have:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience - 1-3 years of experience in financial, investment, technical, or analytical roles - Familiarity with financial services concepts and terminology, particularly in wealth management - Proficient in T-SQL, relational databases, and foundational data modeling principles - Ability to write SQL queries that aggregate, analyze, and structure large, intricate data sets - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify trends and connections within data - Willingness to enhance skills in creating normalized datasets for enterprise reporting and business intelligence - Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Experience with ticketing systems - Knowledge of reporting, documentation, and productivity tools - Familiarity with system monitoring and logging tools - Understanding of client/server architecture, APIs, and relational databases - Ability to write intermediate SQL queries - Experience with AWS and Python preferred

Responsibilities:

- Address ad-hoc data and reporting inquiries from business and product partners - Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure appropriate data delivery - Write and optimize T-SQL queries to assist with analysis, reporting, and broader data initiatives - Validate and review data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and quality - Provide peer support and review for fellow analysts, particularly on complex requests - Identify ways to enhance team processes, documentation, and data practices - Manage and prioritize incoming requests based on urgency, impact, and team capacity - Develop a strong understanding of internal applications and business processes and their impact on data - Act as a subject matter expert for specific raw data sources and maintain associated documentation
