Data Analyst with SQL and Python

Requirements

Must have:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and deduplication - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to stay organized - Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously - Experience in direct mail or a data processing environment (preferred) - Familiarity with USPS workflows and Mail.dat (preferred) - Knowledge of SQL or database systems is a bonus (preferred) - Comfortable with variable data printing or mailing software (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Acquire proficiency in new software and programs as necessary - Process and prepare mailing lists for clients in line with job requirements - Cleanse, format, and verify data for variable data printing - Prepare necessary USPS documentation and ensure compliance with standards (CASS, NCOA, presort) - Review projects for precision prior to production - Collaborate with Account Managers, Prepress, and Production teams - Oversee file management, version control, and data transfers - Generate reports and confirm final counts - Resolve data-related issues and uphold quality control standards
