role supports the Pharmacy Business Office of oncology infusion pharmacy locations by delivering financial analysis and reporting. This position contributes to informed decision-making by analyzing budget data, explaining variances, and managing finance-related transactions. The role is critical for ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency within pharmacy services, impacting both budget management and supplier relations.

• *3. Responsibilities**

• Support financial analysis and reporting for pharmacy business operations
• Explain budget versus actual variances and prepare budget data
• Manage finance accounting transactions and supplier payments
• Analyze large data sets using advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Participate in data collection, management, and statistical analyses
• Identify and lead benchmarking analysis for industry practices and products
• Synthesize and present data findings clearly and concisely
• Build relationships with physicians and operational and supply chain leaders

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare financial data analysis preferred
• Missouri State Board Pharmacy Technician license required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation of large data sets
• Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
