• About the Opportunity:

The Data & Analytics Engineer role is focused on advancing the organization’s data-driven approach to support sustainable and profitable sales strategies. This position is responsible for developing reporting and analytics capabilities at scale, providing insights that drive business decisions. The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and plays a key part in transforming data into actionable intelligence that influences company and retailer objectives. It also provides opportunities to grow leadership, management, and technical skills through impactful projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Use data tools to generate reports and insights that support company and retailer goals
• Develop and maintain customer scorecards tracking key metrics like volume, share, distribution, and sales performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
• Produce weekly and monthly brand reports to reveal trends for partnership teams
• Prioritize work and projects based on team and business needs
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to consolidate data from multiple sources into the enterprise data warehouse
• Develop and manage data models enabling reliable reporting access for analysts and business users
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable data solutions with clear documentation
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and projects as required
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, or analytics engineering
• Proficient in SQL including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries
• Understanding of database structures, query languages, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functions
• Self-motivated and capable of managing projects from start to finish
• Strong prioritization skills aligned with team and business objectives

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary range: $118,776.00 to $139,725.00
• Eligibility for annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance
• Final compensation will be determined by knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to the role
