Requirements
Must have:
- In-depth SQL knowledge - Experience in developing business intelligence solutions (e.g., SAP Business Object Reports, Power BI) - Proficiency in Python or PySpark for data processing, analysis, and ETL pipeline development - Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with individuals across various skill levels - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (Masters preferred) - Minimum of 2 years in data analytics or data engineering - Combination of education and experience may also fulfill requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data systems and processes to facilitate regulatory data analytics, including credit risk management and CALL reports - Collaborate with financial product owners to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with data sources, while developing custom frameworks and improving current data processes - Examine data from sources like Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lake to analyze, map, and transform it for addressing financial data concerns - Validate and reconcile data attributes based on source information and financial report outcomes to ensure accuracy - Guide financial and operational analysts by explaining data impacts and enhancements to support their analytics and reporting tasks - Develop and maintain comprehensive and precise metadata documentation - Facilitate testing sessions, aid in feasibility assessments, and prepare user documentation along with follow-up evaluations - Execute additional responsibilities as required
