Proven experience leading teams and managing operational workflows.
Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and Excel, with experience running scripts on language data.
Experience supporting AI/ML or data annotation programs.
Familiarity with Responsible AI, compliance, legal review, and governance processes.
Experience developing operational standards, quality frameworks, and managing vendors or contractors.
