- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related data-focused discipline.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced SQL expertise covering transactional querying and analytical/reporting use cases across relational and cloud platforms.
Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Familiarity with streaming and event-driven data pipelines, including Kafka, CDC, or comparable technologies.
Hands-on background building, maintaining, and resolving issues in ETL workflows within Informatica PowerCenter, including mappings, workflows, sessions, scheduling, parameter files, and error handling.
Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of data modeling approaches, including dimensional/star schemas for analytics and normalized/3NF designs for transactional systems.
Proficiency in Python for scripting, pipeline automation, data validation, and integration tasks.
Experience using Git-based version control and CI/CD practices with GitHub or Azure DevOps.
Interest in applying AI/ML to automation, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and smarter decision-making across data pipelines and reporting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data structures that support application and operational workflows reliably at scale.
Build and run data movement pipelines between internal systems and external vendor or partner integrations using Snowflake, SQL Server, Argo, and Python.
Develop consumer-ready datasets in Snowflake using ELT best practices, dimensional modeling, and clearly documented transformation logic.
Monitor and improve Snowflake performance, pipeline stability, and overall cost efficiency across the data stack.
Contribute to the development, modeling, optimization, and governance of our data processes.
Support transactional application data, external data exchange, and the expansion of our agentic programming layer.
Translate complex data needs into stable, trusted structures and processes in an AI-first, Agile environment.
Collaborate with engineers, product leadership, and analysts to deliver high-performing solutions that enable business teams, analytics, and vendor partners.
