Data Engineer

Job Title: Data Engineer (Full-Time | Onsite – Glendale, CA)

Location: Glendale, CA (Hybrid – 2 to 4 days onsite per week)

Job Type: Full-Time (Strictly – No Contract / No C2C)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and distributed data processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale data systems.

Required Skills:

• Python
• Apache Spark
• Azure Databricks
• AWS (or other cloud platforms)
• Complex SQL Queries
• Apache Airflow
• Snowflake (Preferred)

Basic Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Databricks
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure & Infrastructure as Code
• Knowledge of Data Modeling & Data Warehousing best practices
• Strong understanding of OLTP vs OLAP systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in distributed data processing or data engineering/data services development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work model (2–4 days onsite weekly)
