Power BI & Data Analytics Lead

We’re looking for a Power BI expert to lead the development of enterprise dashboards and drive data-driven decision-making across the business.

This role will own Power BI reporting, data modeling, and KPI development, while partnering with teams across finance, operations, marketing, and e-commerce to turn data into actionable insights.

What you’ll do:

• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models
• Define and standardize key business metrics (margin, CAC, customer, operational KPIs)
• Enable self-service reporting and train end users
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
• Support underlying data pipelines and data models (Azure SQL, Snowflake, ERP systems)

What you bring:

• 5–8 years in BI / analytics, with deep Power BI expertise (DAX, modeling, performance)
• Strong SQL skills (Azure SQL preferred)
• Experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery)
• Background working with complex data environments and multiple data sources
