Data Management Analyst

Peerless is seeking a skilled Data Management Analyst to develop configure maintain and enhance data management systems databases reporting solutions and business intelligence tools The successful candidate will support data governance analytics reporting system administration and data science initiatives while working closely with stakeholders to develop technical solutions and ensure the integrity accessibility and effective use of organizational data Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain enterprise databases data repositories and document management systemsManage data collection validation integration importexport storage and retrieval processesMonitor database performance data quality and system functionality to ensure data integrity and reliabilityManage user access permissions and database troubleshooting activitiesDevelop and maintain reports dashboards metrics and analytical products supporting organizational decision makingDevelop databases reporting applications and automated workflows using tools such as Excel Access SQL Server NET and Power BIGenerate routine and ad hoc reports analyses and performance metricsDevelop configure and enhance business systems applications and reporting solutionsSupport system upgrades testing implementation and ongoing maintenanceSupport data science and advanced analytics initiatives through data collection preparation analysis and modelingAssist with machine learning initiatives data acquisition model inputs and development of data productsRequirements Bachelors degree in Information Systems Data Analytics Computer Science Business Mathematics Statistics or a related fieldExperience managing databases data repositories and reporting systemsExperience developing reports dashboards and analytical productsProficiency with Microsoft Excel Microsoft Access SQL and databasereporting technologiesKnowledge of database structures data management and data governance principlesStrong analytical problem solving communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience with SQL Server NET Power BI Tableau Python or RKnowledge of data science machine learning and data modeling methodologiesExperience supporting enterprise information systems or business intelligence environmentsFamiliarity with cloud based data platforms and data integration technologiesExperience with process improvement and workflow automation
