🚀 We're Hiring: Data Platform Engineer

📍 Location: New Jersey, USA

We are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer with 10+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS and Databricks, along with a background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.

🔹 Key Technical Skills:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS S3, Lake Formation, Glue, IAM, KMS, Terraform.
• Data Platforms: Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, Databricks Workflows.
• Data Governance: Data Lineage, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Collibra, Alation.
• Security & Privacy: HIPAA, GDPR, PHI/PII Protection, Data Masking, Encryption, Data Residency.
• Regulatory Compliance: GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2, CDISC.
• AI Governance: Responsible AI, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, Model Governance.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

✔️ 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Platforms, or Data Compliance.

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or other regulated industries.

✔️ Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks enterprise data platforms.

✔️ Strong understanding of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.

✔️ Experience establishing secure, scalable, and compliant data and AI ecosystems.
