Data Scientist with Python and SQL

Requirements

Must have:

- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related discipline. - Over 3 years of pertinent experience in data science and AI. - Strong knowledge in time series analysis and signal processing techniques. - Proficient in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. - Experience in distributed training and processing large datasets. - Solid mathematical understanding of statistics, optimization, and numerical methods. - Proven experience in developing production-ready machine learning pipelines.

Responsibilities:

- Develop self-supervised and semi-supervised models tailored for time series and multimodal data. - Employ masked modeling, contrastive learning, and temporal predictive coding methods. - Design and execute advanced architectures like RNNs, LSTM/GRU, TCNs, and Transformers. - Implement techniques such as transfer learning, domain adaptation, and few-shot learning strategies. - Define and assess relevant metrics including MSE, F1, AUC, and business KPIs. - Write efficient code in Python (utilizing NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) and C++/CUDA for enhanced data processing. - Construct and train models using PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, or JAX/Flax. - Manage large-scale distributed training on multi-GPU and multi-node setups. - Design scalable data loaders for processing extended sequences. - Maintain robust data engineering pipelines for extensive multi-sensor datasets. - Apply fundamental concepts of linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization. - Use signal processing methods like Fourier transforms and noise modeling techniques. - Implement numerical methods for various problem-solving scenarios. - Analyze complex systems using time-frequency methods. - Work collaboratively across teams, including engineers and product owners. - Clearly present intricate model behaviors and business impacts.
