Requirements

Must have:

- Masters degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Analytics) - Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and familiarity with data science/machine learning libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, and Pandas - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to persuade others effectively - Experience with analytic methodologies including Machine Learning, Optimization, Simulation, and Generative and Agentic AI applied to real-world challenges (preferred) - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements (preferred) - Experience with large datasets and cloud computing platforms like GCP or Azure (preferred) - Familiarity with DevOps environments, including tools like Git and CI/CD practices (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the design and development of scalable Data Science algorithms - Collaborate closely with Data and Software Engineering teams to effectively implement algorithms in production - Conduct detailed exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model construction on large datasets - Mentor and guide other team members as a technical coach, sharing your knowledge and insights - Establish yourself as an expert in one or more Data Science techniques and methodologies
