Net2Source (N2S)Data Visualization - Tableau Engineer The Data Visualization Engineer will work in R&D Excellence MARS Team ( Metrics, Analytics, Reporting & Solutions ) and focus on building a variety of "Data Visualizations across the board leveraging data from R&D Data Lake enabling "Data Driven culture across all R&D.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tableau. The candidate will work closely with Daiichi project leads. This is a technical hand-onrole and we are looking for a sharp technicalcandidate who have an acumen for building fancy reports / dashboards and drill downs.
Build Reports / Dashboards / Drill down in Tableau
Create drill down / heat maps / box plots / charts / histograms in Tableau
Conditional formatting of data, Calculated columns in Tableau
Provide specs to data engineers to align data model with the analytical needs
Implement Access Control Model ensuring the right report is available to the right user type
Define Report Models in and organize reports based on data type / consumer base
Architect and design interactive, best in class and best practice-based Interactive Dashboards& Drill Downs
Documentation and Release Plans using JIRA and Confluence.
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in Tableau Data Visualization Tool(Spotfire is also a plus)
5+ years SQL experience- writing complex queries / joins / unions / group by etc.
5+ years of experience with MS Word / MS Excel / JIRA & Confluence
Good understanding of ETL workflows& Data warehouses.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
Experience in Pharmaceutical industry - Experience with Clinical Trials Data, Real World Data, Claims Data is strongly preferred.
Tableau Certification would be strongly preferred
