Database Developer

The Role

• Develop and refine high-quality SQL solutions for operational reporting and data delivery
• Produce scheduled and on-demand reports and data extracts for various departments
• Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, including duplicate, missing, or conflicting records
• Support system integrations by monitoring activity and reconciling data discrepancies
• Develop and maintain data outputs for regulatory, state, federal, and leadership reporting
• Apply approved access controls and permission updates for sensitive student and financial information

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL in database development
• Proven ability to write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
• Experience building reports, extracts, and ETL-related processes for data movement and analysis
• Strong understanding of data quality practices and resolving data integrity issues
• Familiarity with database security concepts and handling sensitive data responsibly
• Ability to create clear technical documentation for code, reporting logic, and operational procedures
