About The Role

• We are looking for an associate with expertise and experience in designing and developing database solutions.
• The role involves continuous collaboration with partners to iteratively understand requirements, following best practice methodologies, and a thorough understanding of the technology roadmap to advance the design and development process and provide support.
• The role also includes partner expectation management and technical expertise around design, analysis, and development process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical expertise in building our next generation Business Rules Platform.
• Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and best practices to solve business problems by driving design, development, and ongoing support.
• Work with our global team and provide technical direction in building solutions.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions, code and design reviews, etc.

Required Skillset

• 7 years of experience as an Oracle SQL and PL/SQL developer.
• Strong skills in Snowflake and Python programming.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS EC2, Lambda, EMR, S3).
• Enjoy working on different technologies to solve business problems.
• Adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• In-depth Oracle 12c database and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Enjoy learning new technologies, data analysis, and identifying data patterns and trends.
• Can independently figure out technical challenges, identify options, and come up with innovative solutions.
• Perform analysis, design, estimation, and development of database components.
• Excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders in the US as well as in India.
