Developer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Developer to join their team This position is located Remote Herndon, Virginia or Seattle, Washington.

Duties:

Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Partner closely with legal business users to intake new requests, gather requirements, and define solution designs

Develop end-to-end workflows and applications to automate legal processes and approvals

Support GPT-enabled solutions and advanced workflow automations where applicable

Guide business users through user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into final solutions

Document solution designs, workflows, and support materials

Manage multiple automation initiatives concurrently and communicate status effectively

Desired Skills/Experience:

3+ years of hands-on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform

Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions

Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical designs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working directly with non-technical business stakeholders

Experience with GPT development or AI-assisted automation

Experience with Mitratech TeamConnect TAP Workflow Automations

Prior experience supporting Legal departments or legal operations

401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
