Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java / Scala Developer with strong expertise in Apache Spark and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing scalable applications, building data processing solutions, and working with AWS services such as Glue, Step Functions, Aurora, and DynamoDB.

Required Technical Skills

• Java: Strong hands-on experience in Java application development.

• Scala: Experience developing and maintaining applications using Scala.

• Apache Spark: Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale data transformation.

• AWS Glue: Experience with ETL development, data integration, and processing workflows.

• AWS Step Functions: Experience with workflow orchestration and automation.

• Amazon Aurora: Experience with relational database services on AWS.

• Amazon DynamoDB: Experience with NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database operations.

• AWS Cloud: Familiarity with cloud-based application development and data processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Java and Scala.

• Build and optimize data processing workflows using Apache Spark.

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using AWS Glue.

• Implement workflow orchestration using AWS Step Functions.

• Work with Amazon Aurora and DynamoDB for data storage and retrieval.

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
