Corporate Office – Cincinnati, OH
$65,000-75,000 annually, plus bonus potential
Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm
This position may require travel, including overnight stays
Assess training needs and develop Towne University materials.
Create and maintain training schedules related to Towne University.
Prepare and distribute required materials in advance of sessions.
Create new and maintain course content for Towne University.
Manage onsite Community Relief schedules and billing.
Track training records and provide evaluations for management.
Maintain TowneNet resources and user training materials.
Serve as the primary Aspire LMS.
Assist with onboarding for new communities.
Partner with the SVP of Strategic Solutions and Development on Towne University and LMS improvements.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred
3+ years of training or property management experience
Knowledge of property management practices and Yardi required
Strong MS Office knowledge and general computer skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and facilitation abilities
Comfortable working independently and with all levels of management
Willing to travel up to 100% (including overnight)
Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance required
