We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting mission critical systems.
The ideal candidate has deep hands on experience across AWS, Azure including GCC environments, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and a strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks.
This role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure reliability, automation, and compliance across cloud platforms.
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure including Azure Government GCC environments.
Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
Build, optimize, and support CI CD pipelines for secure and automated deployments
Ensure systems meet federal compliance requirements such as NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, and CMMC
Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for access control, logging, monitoring, and incident response
Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization across cloud environments
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across development, staging, and production environments
Document architecture, processes, and operational procedures
Support audits and compliance assessments as needed
Five or more years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
Strong hands on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
Experience working in Azure Government GCC or other regulated cloud environments
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management
Solid understanding of federal compliance frameworks and security controls
Experience with CI CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Experience supporting FedRAMP authorized systems
Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
