We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically minded DevOps Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve reliable, scalable, and secure software infrastructure and deployment processes. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy automation, cloud technologies, infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and collaborating with software engineering and technical teams in a fully remote environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated software build, testing, and deployment
Automate repetitive development, deployment, and infrastructure management processes
Monitor system performance, application availability, and infrastructure health
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, networking, and system-related issues
Collaborate with software engineers, QA engineers, security teams, and other technical stakeholders
Support application deployments across development, staging, and production environments
Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services
Assist with infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
Support containerized applications using Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
Follow security and infrastructure best practices to help maintain secure systems and environments
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures
Contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
Stay updated with emerging DevOps practices, cloud technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices
✅ Requirements
Entry-Level / Junior candidates are welcome to apply
0–3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, system administration, software engineering, or a related field; internships and academic projects included
Basic understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle
Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar
Familiarity with Linux or Unix-based operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TCP/IP
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar is a plus
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Docker and containerization is a plus
Basic understanding of Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies is a plus
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar is a plus
Basic understanding of monitoring, logging, and system troubleshooting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment
