Requirements
Must have:
- We are looking for 3-5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- We need strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- We expect practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- We require proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform as the preferred tool.
- We are seeking experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- We value a solid understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and Linux-based systems.
- We need strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- We expect experience with monitoring and observability tooling.
- Clearance eligibility is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- We design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure with an emphasis on security, availability, and scalability.
- We build and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- We automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows across development, staging, and production environments.
- We develop and support CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- We implement automated testing, security scanning, and deployment processes.
- We improve release speed while maintaining reliability and compliance.
- We embed security into infrastructure and delivery practices through DevSecOps.
- We set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for security and system health.
- We collaborate with security teams to support compliance standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- We own production uptime, performance, and scalability.
- We implement observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- We lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term platform improvements.
- We work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer Success teams.
- We promote DevOps best practices and help foster a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- We document infrastructure, operational processes, and runbooks for internal teams.
