The Role
- Support cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for e-commerce platforms
- Assist with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and environment support
- Work alongside senior engineers within Agile teams
- Troubleshoot basic issues and maintain operational documentation
- Collaborate effectively with development teams
What You'll Need
- 2-3 years of experience in DevOps or cloud support
- Knowledge of AWS basics (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
- Experience with Git and understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Strong Linux fundamentals and basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell)
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and incident support capabilities
