🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced DevOps Engineer to help build, automate, and scale our infrastructure and deployment processes. In this fully remote role, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys automation, cloud infrastructure, and improving developer productivity through strong DevOps practices.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability

Implement security best practices and compliance measures

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance

Collaborate with developers to streamline development and deployment workflows

Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and infrastructure

✅ What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles

Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)

Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must be authorized to work in the United States

🌟 Nice to Have

Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems

Experience in high-availability or high-scale environments

Knowledge of cost optimization in cloud infrastructure

Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards

Experience supporting developer platforms or internal tooling
