The company was founded end of 2012 by the former co-founders and senior executives of Citydeal /Groupon International. Quandoo’s headquarter is based in Berlin from where the company operates all international markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and maintenance of the infrastructure of the Quandoo portal and other products
• Continual automation of our testing, building and deployment infrastructure
• Analysis of product performance and monitoring using Nagios
• Ensuring functional Java and PHP Server infrastructure running at multiple Amazon Datacenters
• Automation using Puppet

Your Qualifications

• 6yrs of professional experience in system administration / devops
• Performance tuning, Capacity Management, Network Monitoring, Java as well as PHP webservers (AWS)
• Ability to setup and maintain own debian packages, as well as an internal package repository
• Ability in determining the right path when faced with ambiguous situations
• You have worked at all levels of the technology stack
• You are attracted to challenges with a "can-do" and "hands on" attitude
• You are fluent in English or German
