6+ Months contract
$55-$60/hr W2 MAX
Dual role, PM, agile coach, technical background but also 50% hardware deployments
Organized for project management and hardware deployments, lots of following up, analysis
Looking for someone that can manage large scale deployments (this would be for self checkout specifically). Understand agile methodology, but primarily needs to be organized. They would be focusing on managing the implementation/ roll-out of self checkout across the client as well as managing product releases.
Work with Cross-functional teams, Vendors and create an E2E program plan
Maintain and drive the E2E Plan
Maintain Dependencies between work streams, other 7-Eleven programs and manage them
Re-plan (if needed) as team pivot strategy or when priorities change based on learnings (from tests)
Maintain/Update Visual detailed program plan, refresh command center on a regular basis
Ensure product, tech & UX teams are on track and meeting needs, escalate as needed
Work with scrum masters/Client and report on release plan progress
Coordinate and manage the roll-out of self checkout across both 7-Eleven and Speedway banner stores, including verification of installation, status updates, and coordinating any issues
Coordinate and manage any technical issues that may arise in the field – reviewing dashboards and ensuring that stores are receiving the right level of support
Risks/Issue Management - Build/Maintain Risk/issue logs specifically for product development,
Maintain action items log, follow-up on action items
Work with product and Tech leaders, Maintain the resource plan
Help product leaders with budget management
Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel
Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organization is critical for full scale management
