Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Assistant located in Brooklyn, NY. The Dispatch Assistant will manage daily shipping operations, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include picking and packaging items, managing shipping schedules, updating inventory systems, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline dispatch workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle order processing and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail for accurate packaging, labelling, and tracking processes
• Understanding of inbound and outbound dispatch and inventory processing
• Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external shipping partners
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team orientated with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Prior experience in a logistics, warehousing, or dispatch role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in shipping/logistics are advantageous
