This role will be dedicated to a specific project for the duration. (PO direct to project instead of billed to organization cost center).
Provide document control support for the project engineering and construction teams in North America. This includes numbering documents and daily administration within the electronic filing system. Support project team with sending and receiving correspondence (transmittals, letters, emails, etc.), document reviews, tracking of response timing, proactive communication to project team about documents requiring response.
Serve as key user and point of contact for the project? Correspondence and document management systems. Systems utilized include Documentum, PIRS, Aconex, MSTeams, Outlook, SharePoint. Coordinate all document control activities with the project document control team (global team) and support project tasks as required by the document control manager.
Position will report functionally to the project document control manager, based in China.
