Essential Functions of the Job:

The client is looking for a Drupal 7/8 developer that has a significant amount of experience with developing applications from the ground up not just maintaining them.

Someone out of a creative firm or Digital Agency would probably work best.

This client is a 30 person small Digital Agency that makes custom websites

• 4+ years experience as a key member of a design team participating in the complete design and development life cycle of websites and web/mobile applications.
• At least 2+ years experience as the lead web designer on large projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary project team members.
• Expert experience designing effective, usable, and beautiful responsive websites.
• Experience designing for various CMSs, eCommerce platforms, etc. and understanding of cross-browser and platform design limitations.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application UI/UX principles and best practices, with portfolio examples of wireframing (the more experience with complex web/mobile application user interfaces the better).
• Any and all frontend development skills... the more the better... essentially the ability to hand-code static design comps into interactive, cross-browser compatible responsive websites and interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JS libraries (e.g. jQuery), AJAX, and other front-end web technologies.
• Understanding of CSS Frameworks such as Bootstrap/Foundation and CSS preprocessors like LESS/SASS.
• Quickly able to debug rendering issues across multiple browsers.
• Experience integrating design templates into, and/or configuring, various CMSs, eCommerce platforms, etc.
