Requirements
Must have:
- Physical installation of hardware - Technical configurations of systems (storage, operating systems, top of rack switches) - Asset management and inventory control - Continuous learning and process improvement mindset - ServiceNow / ITIL experience (desirable) - Jira / scrum experience (desirable) - Windows/Linux system management (desirable) - VMware VM and private cloud management (desirable) - Data Domain and PowerProtect administration (desirable) - Infrastructure automation (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Build and support development and testing environments for data protection appliance and software products - Manage storage and backup products, servers, and switches, including cybersecurity remediation - Oversee inventory and asset database management - Utilize AI and automation to enhance service levels and efficiency
