Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design electrical systems for large industrial cabinets and low-voltage assemblies

Create and modify schematics using EPLAN (preferred) or SolidWorks Electrical

Provide build support on the production floor

Troubleshoot electrical systems during assembly and testing

Interface directly with customers when required

Collaborate closely with internal engineering and operations teams

Work in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment tied to the FlexMOD program

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience designing and supporting low-voltage electrical systems

Hands-on experience with panel builds, wiring, and troubleshooting

Comfortable working on the floor and in front of customers

Strong team collaboration skills

Willingness to travel occasionally (every few months)

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in EPLAN

SolidWorks Electrical experience (acceptable alternative)

Background aligned with the trades (former electrician experience strongly valued)

Experience in high-volume or production-based programs
