Position Title: Senior Electrician (Journeyman Level or Higher)

Position Overview:

At A&T Mechanical, a Senior Electrician is more than a licensed professional. This role represents leadership in the field, ownership of work quality, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. This position is responsible for executing electrical work at a high level while setting the standard for safety, customer experience, and technical excellence.

This is a performance-driven role where accountability, independence, and consistency define success. Senior Electricians are expected to lead by example, support team development, and uphold the core values that drive our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions without excessive callbacks
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work performed and recommendations
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner (ServiceTitan, job notes, etc.)
• Manage time efficiently and stay on schedule without sacrificing quality
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership as needed
• Support and mentor junior electricians and apprentices in the field
• Represent A&T Mechanical professionally at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman License (required)
• Master Electrician License (preferred)
• Generac certification or generator experience (strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
