Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that electrical infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and schematics to determine wiring layouts and system configurations.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform installations and repairs on low voltage and high voltage electrical systems.
- Test electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults or issues.
- Work on renovation projects, construction sites, or maintenance environments to upgrade or replace existing electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to electrical installations.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage systems, and schematics interpretation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers as well as power tools required for electrical work.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for safe installation practices.
- Ability to work on construction sites safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Experience with renovation projects or framing carpentry is a plus.
- Handyman experience or general construction skills are beneficial for versatile troubleshooting tasks.
- Familiarity with using ohmmeters for circuit testing and troubleshooting electrical issues.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
