Job description
- Understand the Client's MSP Program, by utilizing the Elevated Resources platform �ELEVATE', the current Accounting Software (Xero), Service Ticket Portal, PayChex, etc.
- Prepare, review and submit Client deliverables - have the working knowledge of client contractual terms and conditions; excel to manage invoice process, payment process and reconciliation.
- Assist or Manage the AR/AP import from ELEVATE to Xero including validating for accuracy
- Actively follow-up and resolve unpaid/open items (consist of providing account reporting, status updates and responding to tickets via the Service Portal)
- Proactively manage and resolved discrepancies by communicating regularly with Corporate Controller, Service Delivery Team, Clients and Third-Party Associates
- Support & Assist with Payroll related tasks, questions and requests (includes):
- Process Payroll, Complete unemployment forms, Attend to Multi-State set up and monitor State letters
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
