Akkodis Group NordicsAkkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Milpitas, CA. The engineer will design and implement CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot and resolve issues within the DevSecOps environment.
$37/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Design and implement development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure to support end‑to‑end DevOps operations.
Define, establish, and maintain development, test, release, update, and support processes for CI/CD pipelines.
Document, validate, and maintain build environments to ensure consistency and reliability across customer products.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the DevSecOps domain, improving system stability and build quality.
Automate SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) generation for software and firmware builds to support compliance and security requirements.
Incorporate industry standards and best practices to enhance CI/CD pipelines and improve overall automation efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–6 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps engineering, CI/CD automation, and build/release processes.
Proven ability to design and validate build environments, implement CI/CD pipelines, and automate processes such as SBOM generation.
Strong experience troubleshooting DevSecOps issues and incorporating industry best practices to enhance automation and system reliability.
