Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex engineering programs supporting the development of advanced nuclear reactor systems. This role will focus on planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary projects across engineering, procurement, quality, and operations.

The position will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with technical and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, from concept through execution
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, quality, and operations
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment with technical requirements, safety standards, and regulatory expectations
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external partners as required
• Support reporting, documentation, and project governance activities
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects in sectors such as aerospace, defense, energy, or industrial manufacturing
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ability to manage risk, cost, schedule, and stakeholder expectations effectively
• Familiarity with regulated environments or safety-critical industries is advantageous
