Own attribution mapping from source systems to target data assets within the Data Supply Chain (DSC).
Translate business requirements into detailed data mapping documents, develop, test, and maintain datasets using efficient, reusable code.
Provide training and mentorship to less experienced analysts, fostering team development.
Contribute ideas for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance data quality and efficiency.
Assess technical feasibility of new data solutions, offering design guidance, performance optimization, and development insights.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, specifications, and project artifacts.
Collaborate across teams to align data solutions with business needs and standards.
Participate in review sessions to ensure data quality and architectural integrity.
Apply risk management best practices when working with financial or sensitive data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Master's Degree plus 5+ years or Bachelor's Degree plus 8+ years of data analytics experience, or equivalent military/work experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery.
Experience with data modeling, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and designing efficient data pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, automate data quality validations, and implement best practices.
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all management levels.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
