About: As a key member of our team, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations of our office spaces, which involves managing maintenance, safety, and workplace experience to create a productive and comfortable environment for our employees and visitors. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for facility management and excellent organizational skills to oversee the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Requirements: We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Coordinator with a minimum of 2+ years of background in facilities or workplace operations. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and space planning, as well as exceptional vendor management and project coordination skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities: As a key member of our facilities team, the Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and space allocation. The role also involves managing building access, security systems, and safety compliance to ensure a secure and healthy work environment. Furthermore, the successful candidate will liaise with landlords and contractors for facility improvements, ensuring that our office spaces remain up-to-date and meet the evolving needs of our organization.

The Facilities

Coordinator will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving facility-related issues, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in facilities or workplace operations

  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and space planning

  • Strong vendor management and project coordination skills

  • Ability to analyze and resolve facility-related issues

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

  • Experience with facility management software and tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures

  • Facility management software and tools (e.g., CMMS, BMS)
