Role Description The Finance and Insurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cumming, GA. This position is responsible for helping customers understand and secure financing options for HVAC services and products, including reviewing credit applications, explaining payment plans, and guiding customers through approval processes.

The Specialist will prepare and process finance and insurance documentation accurately, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and maintain organized records. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and operations teams, following up with lenders and finance partners, and clearly communicating terms and conditions to customers. The role also involves monitoring financing programs, identifying opportunities to improve customer affordability, and supporting overall revenue growth through effective financing solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of consumer finance, lending processes, and insurance concepts, with the ability to explain options clearly and accurately to customers.
• Proficiency in handling contracts, loan documents, and regulatory forms, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Solid numerical and analytical skills, including comfort with credit evaluations, payment calculations, and basic accounting principles.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, address questions, and work collaboratively with sales and operations teams.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and time management to manage multiple customer files and deadlines.
• Comfort with standard office software and finance systems; ability to learn company-specific tools and platforms quickly.
• Previous experience in finance and insurance, automotive F&I, retail lending, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, home services, or construction industries is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Cumming, GA, and maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
