A company building AI agents that automate complex operational decisions in manufacturing at scale are on the lookout for a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to join their team.
What will I be doing:
Spend time with users to understand their operational pain points, then build solutions
Convert deployment insights into scalable product features and processes that move the company from custom implementations to repeatable systems
Own customer rollouts from start to finish - navigate IT departments, align C-suite stakeholders, and train teams across Germany, EU, and US (expect up to 30% travel)
Partner directly with founders to shape product strategy and position yourself for leadership roles like CPO or COO
Natural product builder who transforms messy operational problems into elegant, fast, simple solutions
Quick learner with exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
Strategic thinker who automates and systematizes
Skilled at navigating diverse stakeholders
Fluent German & English required (customers span San Francisco to Germany)
