Job description

What you'll do...

  • Take full-stack ownership of core product domains, driving development from database architecture in PostgreSQL to polished React front-ends.

  • Partner with external stakeholders and internal growth teams to architect and ship custom technical solutions that enable high-scale platform adoption.

  • Translate complex partner requirements into production-ready features, ensuring the platform integrates seamlessly with diverse enterprise ecosystems.

  • Diagnose and resolve deep-stack technical challenges, implementing architectural improvements to ensure long-term system resilience and performance.

  • Act as a key technical advisor during project discovery, bridging the gap between sophisticated business needs and scalable engineering execution.

  • Leverage utility-first CSS and modern UI patterns to build intuitive, high-performance interfaces that simplify complex backend workflows.

What we're looking for...

  • Experience building and scaling production web applications within high-growth startup or scale-up environments.

  • Proficiency across the full stack, with professional expertise in React and backend frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js.

  • A proven track record of managing technical relationships, with at least 2 years in a role that required direct collaboration with partners or customers.

  • The ability to move fluently between high-level system design and hands-on coding, with a focus on shipping clean, maintainable, and impactful software.

  • Strong data fluency and experience optimizing relational databases to support rapid growth and high-concurrency environments.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to work in an elite, high-trust engineering culture where autonomy is the norm.
