• *About The Role**

As a Lead Front-End Developer specializing in React, you will play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the development of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. You will leverage modern front-end technologies and Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures to create high-performing, customer-facing solutions. Being a key member of a cross-functional digital engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and cloud engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Your responsibilities include leading the design, development, and governance of front-end solutions, making critical architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. You will work alongside backend teams to integrate APIs using GraphQL and REST, implement best practices in code quality through peer reviews, and mentor junior engineers. Your expertise will help optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices.

Additionally, you will support Agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role offers flexibility with a remote work model, primarily supporting candidates located in or able to work within Eastern or Central time zones. • *Qualifications
• 12+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on front-end engineering
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
• Proven experience leading Micro Frontend (MFE) implementations in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of front-end design patterns, state management (Redux, RTK, Context API), and component-driven development
• Experience integrating front-end applications with GraphQL and REST APIs
• Hands-on knowledge of performance optimization, browser rendering strategies, and responsive web design (RWD)
• Working experience with AWS and cloud-based application development
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience
