Requirements
Must have:
- We require native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- We need strong proficiency in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- We expect excellent writing ability and strong command of grammar.
- We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
- We can only consider candidates based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- We assign a variety of coding challenges to help train our AI systems.
- We expect you to produce clean, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations.
- We rely on you to review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We ask you to share detailed feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.
- We may have you build applications with rich functionality and work on data analysis or visualization tasks.
- We use a short assessment as our screening step before paid projects become available.
