We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Energy Solutions Specialist. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in energy project development, consulting, or engineering is preferred. Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems such as solar, wind, and bioenergy, along with familiarity with industry standards and regulations, is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are required.
Certification in project management or relevant technical certifications will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong teamwork capabilities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Develop comprehensive energy solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and sustainability goals. Lead project planning, including feasibility studies, technical assessments, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and regulatory departments, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines and budgets. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, presentations, and reporting. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes within the energy sector to continuously improve project outcomes. Contribute to the development of proposals, bids, and strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence. Ensure all projects comply with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
